Welcome to the Merrimack Valley Church! Through song and prayer, giving and proclamation-let us worship together in spirit and truth.

Christmas Pageant: Kids age 1 to 92 listen up, bring your voices and be part of the Christmas Pageant planned for Sabbath December 21st. The "get organized" meeting will be right after church up on the organ side.

Harvest Moon Tickets for our annual dinner and talent show to be held on October 20 need to be purchased no later than tomorrow. Tickets can be purchased from Karen McClendon, Ingrid Mergenthaler, Rita McCall, and Marge Patch.

The Personal Ministries Committee will meet on Tuesday evening at 7:30.

The Pathfinder Fun and Games Night will be held on Wednesday at 6:00. Wear field uniforms.

The Midweek Connection will meet on Wednesday evening at 7:00 for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer.

Next Sabbath our speaker will be Bob Moynihan.

Membership Transfers: JoAnn Artis to Mount Hebron Church in Wilson, NC; Dan, Marilyn, & Chris Crowe to Ardmore, OK. First Reading.

Mission Trip: Heidi and Jeff Martella are raising funds to participate in a mission trip to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico. Your contribution can be marked "Martella Mission Fund". Thank you for your support.

Leadership Needs: Our church is looking for someone to serve as the Sabbath School Superintendent, a position that provides leadership support for the entire Sabbath School Ministries program of the church. Adult Sabbath School leadership is not included in the job profile. We are also looking for an individual or team of members who can serve in our Communications Department to write and distribute news releases to the local media. Interested parties can contact the Pastor.

A Spiritual Body Building Class will start on October 25. For information contact Gary and Marge Patch.

Week of Prayer meetings will be held November 3-9 at 7:00 each evening.

Video Bible School: Members interested in assisting in a video lending library ministry with Kenneth Cox presentations will meet for information and training the evening of November 4.

The Dracut Community Thanksgiving Service will be hosted by our church on Sunday evening, November 24 at 7:30.

The Pastor will be away October 16-20. Pastoral care needs can be addressed by the Elders of the church.

MVC Published Author: Chali Masotta has written three stories in the current mission quarterly.

A Small Groups Ministry training event will be held on October 27 at the Leominster English Church from 9:30 - noon. Don James, from the North American Division Evangelism Institute, will give us an overview of how small groups can help us in our preparation and follow-up of evangelistic meetings.
