Welcome to the Merrimack Valley Church! As we worshipfully draw our light from Jesus, we will become people of influence who always brighten the corner where we are.

A Pathfinder Pool Party will be held at the Moynihans on Sunday, July 28 from 1:00 - 6:00 pm. All Pathfinders, staff, family members, and those interested in joining the club are invited to come. Please call Sarah Moyniahn for the potluck sign up sheet. 978/937-5694. Bring swim suit, towel, and lawn chair.

Next Sabbath he Pastor will share to story of Barnabas as we learn to Encourage One Another.

A September 11 Service for the people of Dracut will be held at 7:30 pm on September 11 at the St. Francis Church. All MVC members are encouraged to enter into this community event.

Church Security: Please lock all interior and exterior doors and windows when you are finished using the church or area of the church for an event.

All Church Bulletin Information is to be given to the Pastor by Wednesday noon of each week.

Baptismal Classes will be held beginning in September. Classes for youth will be held on Friday evenings under the leadership of Bob & Sarah Moynihan. Classes for the Juniors will be held on Sabbath afternoons with Sherri Dovich.

Seeds New England: When God creates a team you can be sure you are chosen. Learn how to bring people to Jesus and find joy in service. Enjoy stimulating general sessions lead by Russel Burrill. Choose 4 or 24 break-out sessions. The beautiful setting of Camp Winnekeag is a perfect place to retreat for a while and learn more of Him who said "Follow Me". For more information see www.nadei.org or talk with Andreas Goelzer.

Greater Boston Academy is looking for volunteers who can paint, do electrical work, do plumbing, mow lawns, landscape, organize and clean closets, build privacy walls, etc. on July 28, August 4, August 11, and August 18 from 9:00 am to noon. For more information call Rondi Aastrup at 781/428-4253.

The Town of Dracut is requiring that we put a chain length fence around our pond area. The estimated cost for this project is $ 3,100.00. Thank you for your generosity towards this important project.

The Giving Heart: The greatest preacher of all times, our Lord Jesus Christ, taught more about money than any other subject. Twenty-seven of Jesus' 43 parables, that's 62%, have to do with money and possessions. One of every ten verses in the gospels deals with money. The Bible includes 500 verses on prayer, fewer than 500 on faith, but more than 2000 on money; its blessings and its curses.
