Welcome to Our Worship Services Today! Join us in the fellowship of a warm church family and the praise filled worship of our wonderful God!

The Church Board will meet on Tuesday evening at 7:30. Agenda packets are available today.

Next Sabbath we will celebrate Father's Day Sabbath together. The Pastor's sermon, I Accept the Mandate, will draw important lessons from the life of Joseph, the father of Jesus. We will also take time to salute our MVC graduates.

The Martella Family invites you to a Sandwich and Salad Potluck at their home next Sabbath afternoon in honor of Jeff's graduation from Greater Boston Academy. Please bring your own lawn chairs.

Sabbath Services will not be held here at the Merrimack Valley Church June 21 and 28. We invite you to join us for Sabbath celebrations at Camp Meeting in South Lancaster.

A Potluck Picnic Lunch will be shared both Sabbaths at Camp Meeting. Please join us in the camp sites directly across the street from the Junior Tent.

Prayer Ministry Volunteers are needed at Camp Meeting. Call Cindy Dewild at 508-752-1484 for more information.

The Summer Midweek Connection will begin on July 16 with a series of studies in Steps to Christ hosted by Steven Dovich.

Atlantic Union College Update: On Tuesday afternoon, June 3, word was received from Dr. Charles Cook, director of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), that the Commission had reviewed the documents submitted by AUC. They were favorably impressed with the many positive steps taken by the college, which were both new and substantive. AUC remains fully accredited. The Commission will continue to evaluate AUCs performance and will be establishing a relationship with the new president. The Commission will meet again on November 6 and 7 at which time they are requesting that the college president, chairman of the board of trustees, and chief financial officer be present.

From My Heart: We are surrounded by spiritually hungry people. They're in our circle of friends. They call us on the phone and say, "I'm looking for something more." They show up unannounced on Sabbath morning. They hang out with us at our socials. And these people are saying, "I'm hungry. Please feed me." And Jesus is saying to us, "Feed them." As we look at the challenges it is easy to throw up our hands and say, "It can't be done. There are only 141 of us. We are not wealthy people. We are brand new in town." Like the hungry disciples surrounded by the hungry multitude, we need a miracle. We need to give God what we have and let Him multiply it. -- DBM
