Welcome to Our Worship Services Today! Let us celebrate the deliverance and salvation that are ours in Jesus Christ!
A Fellowship Dinner will be served immediately following the worship service today. All are welcome!
The Pathfinder Party will be held tomorrow from 12:00 to 4:00 at the Masotta's. Meet at the Church at 11:30 if you need a ride.
The Fund Raising Committee will meet on Monday evening at 7:30.
Next Sabbath Ashley Wagner will lead us in a worship service of musical praise to God. The Pastor will be away for graduation celebrations.
Graduation Services at Greater Boston Academy will be held this coming weekend:
- Baccalaureate--Friday evening at 8:00 in the Stoneham Church.
- Sabbath School and Worship--Sabbath morning at 9:45 in the New England Memorial Church.
- Class Night--Saturday evening at 8:30 in the GBA Gym.
- Commencement--Sunday morning at 11:00 in the Stoneham High School Auditorium on Franklin Street.
MVC Graduates this year include: Carmen Guevara, Kim Saxton, Patrice Forrester, Rufaro Gomwe, Jeff Martella, Sary Neang, Tom Sing, and Shaina Holiman. We will have a special tribute for our graduates in the June 14 worship service.
The Martellas invite the whole church family to a sandwich and salad fellowship dinner in honor of Jeff's graduation at their home following the June 14 Worship Service. For more information contact Linda Martella.
Merle Greenway, Conference Education Superintendent, as accepted a call to become the next Conference Treasurer. Before coming to Southern New England Dr. Greenway served as the Treasurer/Education Superintendent for the Alaska Conference.
From My Heart: Giving is spiritual aerobics. It is good for the heart. It enlarges the heart. It makes you stronger. It helps you grow. When you give, you are drawn closer to Jesus in worship. It brings great pleasure to His heart because you are becoming more and more like Him. -- DBM
